Le parole giuste per descrivere come sia prendere parte ad un corso con Mark Shields per lo sviluppo personale e professionale? Energia ed entusiasmo. Mark sorprende in continuazione, se per esempio gli chiedi quale sia il passo più importante per un cambiamento radicale lui risponde “se fai quello che hai sempre fatto otterrai sempre lo stesso risultato.”
