Congratulazioni a Isabella Bliss vincitrice di Junior master chef Australia. Isabella ha origini italiane e viene dal Queensland. Anche sua sorella gemella Sofia sembra felice per la sua vittoria. Incredibile vedere una ragazzina di 12 anni preparare pietanze di alta cucina. Come ultima prova Isabella e l’altro concorrente Jack dovevano preparare la perfezione alla pera del masterchef Adriano Zumbo, un dessert particolarmente difficile da realizzare in sole due ore. In ogni caso sia Isabella che Jack hanno fatto un’eccellente prova, sembra quasi di vedere due chef di un ristorante rinomato.
Sebbene sia Isabella che Jack fossero concorrenti e volessero entrambe vincere si sono supportati molto a vicenda, è questa l’atmosfera giusta per una grande sfida. E vincere il primo e il secondo premio di una competizione di questo tipo nel campo culinario è davvero una grande meta da realizzare.
Speriamo magari un giorno di provare una delle pietanze di Isabella…

Il libro di Isabella e Sofia Bliss: a little bit of this, a little bit of that
Congrats, to Isabella Bliss winner of Junior Masterchef Australia. Isabella has italian origins and comes from Queensland. Her twin sister Sofia seems to be very happy for her. It’s amazing to see how a 12 year old girl from Qeensland can cook haute cuisine dishes. As last challenge she and the other contestant Jack had to cook the pear perfection by Masterchef Adriano Zumbo a dessert really complicated to cook in two hours. Anyway both Isabella and Jack have done an excellent test, it seems to see two chefs of a renowned restaurant. Even though both her and Jack were contestants and wanted to win they’ve supported each other, this is the right mood for a good challenge!
She and jack seem to be born to be great chefs.
And winning the first and second price of a competition like this it’s a big goal.
Hope one day to taste one of Isabella’s dishes…
